The problem
Listings were entered into the website, a portal feed and a spreadsheet separately. They disagreed constantly, and correcting one rarely corrected the others.
What we did
- Modelled listings once in a headless CMS and fed every surface from it.
- Rebuilt the front end as a static site so listing pages render instantly.
- Added a publish webhook so an edit triggers a rebuild within a minute.
The outcome
The agency now updates a listing once. Mobile load time fell from six seconds to just over one, and the team stopped fielding calls about properties that had already sold.
