It depends on your goals. WordPress for content-led sites, Shopify or WooCommerce for stores, React or Next.js for speed and scale. We will give a straight recommendation on a call.

Buy when your process is standard. Build when your process is the advantage, or when per-seat licensing and rigid workflows cost more than a build would. We will do that arithmetic with you honestly.

Yes, most of our CRM work is integration on systems that were in place long before we arrived. Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce and custom systems included.

Not if the redirect map is complete. Ranking loss in migrations is almost always caused by unmapped URLs, which the content inventory step is designed to prevent.

It can be, if nothing is right-sized. Done properly it is usually cheaper at variable load, because you stop paying for idle capacity. We model the cost before you commit.

That is answered by the rehearsal, not a guess. We run a full dry-run cutover first, so the live window is timed and scheduled, and some migrations are zero-downtime.

No. Infrastructure is defined in code with runbooks and documentation, so routine changes are reviewable pull requests rather than console archaeology.

It depends on scope. We quote transparently against your goals, fixed-scope projects or monthly retainers, with no hidden fees.

No long lock-ins. Support and maintenance retainers are typically month-to-month after an initial period.

We offer maintenance, monitoring and enhancement retainers, or a clean, documented handover to your own team. Both are genuinely available; we will not hold the handover hostage.

Under a managed plan, alerts route to an on-call engineer, you are notified with an initial assessment, and you receive a written post-incident review afterwards.
