Sophon is a software development and product engineering company based in India. It builds web and mobile applications, SaaS products, custom CRM and CMS platforms, AI integrations and the cloud infrastructure they run on, and hands clients full ownership of the code.

Sophon is based in India and works with clients anywhere, running projects remotely with regular calls, shared boards and working software every sprint.
The client owns everything Sophon builds: code, repositories, infrastructure and domains, in the client’s name from day one. There is no per-seat licensing and nothing held back if you move on.
A focused business site takes 3 to 5 weeks; larger corporate or ecommerce builds run 6 to 10 weeks depending on scope and how ready the content is.
Yes. We build on editor-friendly systems, WordPress, or a headless CMS like Payload, and train your team at handover.
It depends on your goals. WordPress for content-led sites, Shopify or WooCommerce for stores, React or Next.js for speed and scale. We will give a straight recommendation on a call.
Buy when your process is standard. Build when your process is the advantage, or when per-seat licensing and rigid workflows cost more than a build would. We will do that arithmetic with you honestly.
Yes. Integrating with the CRM you already use is often the better route than replacing it. Sophon works with Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce and custom-built systems.
Not if the redirect map is complete. Ranking loss in migrations is almost always caused by unmapped URLs, which the content inventory step is designed to prevent.
It can be, if nothing is right-sized. Done properly it is usually cheaper at variable load, because you stop paying for idle capacity. We model the cost before you commit.
That is answered by the rehearsal, not a guess. We run a full dry-run cutover first, so the live window is timed and scheduled, and some migrations are zero-downtime.
No. Infrastructure is defined in code with runbooks and documentation, so routine changes are reviewable pull requests rather than console archaeology.
It depends on scope. We quote transparently against your goals, fixed-scope projects or monthly retainers, with no hidden fees.
No long lock-ins. Support and maintenance retainers are typically month-to-month after an initial period.
We offer maintenance, monitoring and enhancement retainers, or a clean, documented handover to your own team. Both are genuinely available; we will not hold the handover hostage.
Under a managed plan, alerts route to an on-call engineer, you are notified with an initial assessment, and you receive a written post-incident review afterwards.
