Services

The scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate proposal or statement of work agreed between you and sophon.in.

Intellectual property

Content on this website is owned by sophon.in unless stated otherwise. On full payment for a project, ownership of the agreed deliverables transfers to you, except for third-party assets and our pre-existing tools and frameworks, which remain licensed for your use.

Payments

Fees, schedules and payment terms are set out in your agreement. Late payments may pause work and incur charges as specified there.

Client responsibilities

• Provide timely access, feedback, and any materials needed to deliver the work.
• Ensure content and assets you supply do not infringe third-party rights.

Limitation of liability

We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant services.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement per the notice terms in the agreement. Fees for work completed up to termination remain payable.
